Desperado Declares

It was one of the coolest August days I can remember.  The temperature was in the low to mid 80's. Not bad for shooting. We had two E-Z ups for shade on range 4 & 5 in expectation of hotter weather. They were well used even though the weather wasn't as hot as expected.

As promised we resolved the Shotgun target problem on stages 7 & 8. We built two platforms into the hillside to hold the targets firmly in place. They were well received, thank you. Tex Fiddler & Wild Bird are taking a well deserved break  from designing the stages. Gun Hawk & Desperado are taking over the chores. We plan on revising some of the old stages from way back, making tweaks & twists here & there. The targets will be as most action shooters like them, up close and personal. The top five shooters were: 1) Frederick Jackson Turner 2) Lead D'Spencer 3) Tex Fiddler 4) Muleskinner Pat 5) Boothill Tom Hope to see ya all next time.
