What a great Father’s Day,
shooting at the range with friends in beautiful weather. Summer is coming
and from here on out it will probably be hot. Have no fear, our astute stage
designers will make the stages a
little quicker to shoot but they’ll still be fun and challenging. It
was good that all of the category winners could hang out and receive their
certificates of congratulations. Our cook shack crew did their usual great job of
providing lunch and are even into taking special orders, you just have to tell
Lane Frank (the cook shack boss) what you want before the shoot starts. If he doesn't have it then, he'll
have it for you at our next match. Thanks to a few of the guys, we got rid of
one of our older picnic tables.

“We
call it a ‘Fibonacci Sweep’. You shoot
the first two targets once each, double tap the third,
then three on the fourth and eight on the last.
That’s 20 rifle, twenty pistol. It’s simple.”
