Desperado DeclaresAugust 22nd 2004. The weather Gods smiled on us, the morning was overcast and cool, the afternoon was warm, but not too hot. We had some compliments on our stages and our stage designers appreciate it. They work hard on doing it right. The 1st Annual Western 3 Gun shoot was a big success. The sudden death Sunday held some of the most exciting shoot off's I've seen, there were too many shooters to mention by name. The Rolling Thunder category pre shoot off's were very entertaining. And it should come as no surprise that The overall Western 3 Gun winner was the one and only Lead D'Spencer Don't forget, our 12th annual Great Northfield Raid will be held on October 15, 16 and 17th. You can sign up on line or pick up an entry form at our monthly shoot or some of the other local matches. See ya all next time. |
